Do the pants come with the kurta?

Most Viala kurtas are sold on their own, and any pants shown in the photos are for styling. Products named "Kurta Set" or "Kurta With Pant" include matching bottoms, and a Kurta Set with dupatta is a 3-piece set: kurta, bottom and dupatta. Please check the product description to see exactly what's included. If you'd like to complete the look for a kurta sold on its own, our cotton, linen and lycra pants are designed to pair with it.

Which size should I choose if I'm between two sizes?

Choose the larger size. Our kurtas are true to size with a comfortable, easy fit, and sizing up gives you more ease for long workdays, commutes and all-day movement.

How do I measure myself for a kurta?

Measure your bust, waist and hips over light clothing, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug. Compare these with the size chart on the product page, giving priority to your bust measurement when choosing a kurta size. If you need help, send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll guide you personally.

Do you have 3XL?

Most Viala styles are available in M to XXL, and selected designs come in 3XL. The available sizes are listed on each product page. If a style you like isn't showing 3XL, message us and we'll help you find a similar option.

Payment & Delivery

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes. Simply select COD at checkout, and any applicable COD fee will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–36 hours of confirmation and usually reach you within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during sale periods may take a little longer to process. See our shipping details for more.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The kurta must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and every returned item passes a quality check.
