REFUND POLICY

Once an eligible return is received and verified, we process the approved refund back to the payment method originally used.

Refund method

 1. Once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  2. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Processing time

Viala generally initiates an approved refund within 4–5 working days after receiving and successfully verifying the returned product. After initiation, your bank or payment provider may take approximately 4–7 working days to reflect the amount in your account.

Return shipping deduction

Where return shipping is payable by the customer, ₹200 will be deducted from the approved refund amount before it is returned to the original payment method.
