ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order, please tell us quickly—before it enters the shipping process.

Customer-requested cancellation

 1. You may request cancellation within 2–3 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been shipped or handed over to our delivery partner.

  2. Send your name and order or invoice number to us by WhatsApp or email at help@vialafashions.in.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. Requests received after the permitted window or after shipment will not be accepted.

Refund for an approved cancellation

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled within the permitted period, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
